Net profit of Indian Bank rose 241.49% to Rs 319.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 93.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Total Operating Income rose 0.81% to Rs 4016.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3984.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit rose 97.60% to Rs 1405.68 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 711.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Total Operating Income declined 1.26% to Rs 16039.75 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 16243.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
