For the Audited full year,net profit declined 15.70% to Rs 53.89 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 63.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 5.44% to Rs 1207.68 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1145.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
