Indo Gulf Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 February 2016, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2015, appointment of a Women Director, appointment of Company Secretary (KMP) of the Company and appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
