Indowind Energy announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 06 April 2018

Indowind Energy announced that the Board of Directors has passed resolution(circular) and has approved the resignation of S.Diraviam, as Company Secretary and Compliance officer and appointed Harsha J as Company Secretary and Compliance officer with effect from 6 April, 2018.
