Indraprastha Gas announces change in directorate

With effect from 31 August 2014

Indraprastha Gas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed the following resolutions:

1. Appointment of V. Nagarajan as Director (Commercial) of the Company w.e.f. 04 September 2014.

2. Cessation of R. Chaturvedi as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 August 2014.
