With effect from 15 October 2014

Indraprastha Gas announced that Board of Directors of the Company has passed the following resolutions:

1. Appointment of R. K. Sharma as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 15 October 2014.

2. Cessation of Rajeev Mathur as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 15 October 2014.
