Indraprastha Gas standalone net profit rises 22.93% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 13.13% to Rs 1001.89 crore

Net profit of Indraprastha Gas rose 22.93% to Rs 134.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 109.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 13.13% to Rs 1001.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 885.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 36.28% to Rs 571.07 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 419.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 3.50% to Rs 3814.78 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3685.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
