IndusInd Bank allots 44,905 equity shares

IndusInd Bank has allotted 44,905 (Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on June 27, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
