Inox Wind announced that Rajgopal Swami has, vide his letter dated 30 May 2016 resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, has approved the appointment of Jitendra Mohananey as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2016, at the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, to fill the vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Rajgopal Swami.
