Inox Wind provides update on subsidiary

Inox Wind Infrastructure Services acquires Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram)

Inox Wind announced that continuing Company expansion in southern states of India, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Inox Wind has acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) , with effect from 25 March 2016.

In view of the same, Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) has become a step down Subsidiary of Inox Wind.
