Punj Lloyd announces change in directorate

With immediate effect

Punj Lloyd announced about the following:

1. Shiv Punj has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.

2. Jayaram Prasad Chalasani has resigned from the Company from the position of Managing Director and Group CEO with effect from 31 March 2016.

3. Shamik Roy has resigned from the Company from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.
