ITC allots 2.47 ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 2,47,180 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, upon exercise of 24,718 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 19 January, 2021, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1230,53,61,751/- divided into 1230,53,61,751 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
