With effect from 14 August 2015

ITL Industries announced that Akhilesh Gautam, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2015, in place of Manoj Tiwari who has since ceased to be Compliance officer of the Company.
