IVRCL signs agreement for sale of equity stake to Utico FZC

On 18 December 2014

IVRCL announced that the company has entered into a binding agreement on 18 December 2014 with Dubai- based Utico FZC to sell equity stake in Chennai Water Desalination with a total project cost of Rs 550 crores.
