Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced that pursuant to the approval of Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot in terms of Resolution passed on 30 July 2015, as confirmed by Order dated 01 December 2015 of Regional Director (Northern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi, the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from the State of Himachal Pradesh to the State of Madhya Pradesh with effect from 30 December 2015 upon filing of the said order with Registrar of Companies and the Registered Office of the Company shall be located at the under mentioned place:Complex of Jaypee Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant, Nigrie, Tehsil Sarai, District Singrauli- 486 669 (Madhya Pradesh)
