Jindal Photo announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 October 2015

Jindal Photo announced about the following Change in composition of the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Uttam Garodia, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2015 due to pre-occupation.

2. Shiv Kumar Mittal, Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as regular Chairman of the Board w.e.f. 10 October 2015.
