JMD Telefilms Inds approves bonus equity issue

JMD Telefilms Industries announced that in the extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the company held on 18 December 2014 have approved the allotment of bonus equity shares in the ratio of one equity shares of face value of Re 1 each for every 1 fully paid up equity share held by the members of company.
