JSW Steel net profit declines 23.79% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of JSW Steel declined 23.79% to Rs 573.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 752.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 2.76% to Rs 9248.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 9511.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 10.79% to Rs 1801.22 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1625.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 10.38% to Rs 35387.63 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 32060.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
