Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2015, the Directors of Jubilant Life Sciences announced the following changes in Key Managerial Personnel: Sankaraiah Rajagopal, Executive Director-Finance and Key Managerial Personnel will be superannuating from the services of the Company on March 31, 2020 and shall continue to be an advisor to the Group. The Board in its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Alok Vaish as Chief Financial Officer and Key Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2020.
