Jubilant Life Sciences announced that Dividend on equity shares @ Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Re. 1 each, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before 24 October 2019 to those members whose names appear as: (a)Beneficial Owners as at the end of business hours of 13 September 2019 in the list of Beneficial Owners to be furnished by National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India) , and
(b)Members in the Register of Members of the Company on 14 September 2019.
