K E C International reports net loss of Rs 18.54 crore in the March 2013 quarter

Net loss of K E C International reported to Rs 18.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 67.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 6.19% to Rs 1776.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1672.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 97.49% to Rs 4.56 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 181.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 21.66% to Rs 5490.43 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4512.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
