Shree Shubnam Logistics withdraws DRHP filed with SEBI
Kalpataru Power Transmission announced that Shree Shubnam Logistics ("SSL"), a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission, had filed a draft red herring-prospectus dated 19 February 2015 (DRHP) with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in connection with its proposed initial public offering of equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) comprising a fresh issue of Equity Shares, aggregating upto Rs. 2,100 million (the Fresh Issue"), and an offer for sale of upto 7,007,876 Equity Shares by Tano India Private Equity Fund II (the Offer for Sale and together with the Fresh Issue, the Offer). The Offer included a reservation of 100,000 Equity Shares for eligible employees, as defined in the DRHP.On 02 December 2015, the board of directors of SSL has decided to withdraw the DRHP filed with Securities & Exchange Board of India and has also intimated the same through its book running lead managers to SEBI, BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.
