Kalyani Steels net profit declines 26.85% in the March 2013 quarter

Net profit of Kalyani Steels declined 26.85% to Rs 10.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 14.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 16.67% to Rs 195.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 234.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 8.30% to Rs 23.87 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 22.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 16.40% to Rs 800.58 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 957.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
