Kansai Nerolac Paints announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 January 2015

Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company :

1. Shinji Asatsuma, nominee of Kansai Paint Co., Japan (Promoter Company) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non - Executive Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30 January 2015.

2. Y. Takahashi, nominee of Kansai Paint Co., Japan (Promoter Company) has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 30 January 2015.
