Kaya has allotted 10,114 equity shares of Rs 10 each under the Kaya Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 - Scheme I. Accordingly, post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is increased from Rs 13,03,34,310 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Three Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Ten Only) divided into 1,30,33,431 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty One) equity shares of Rs 10/- ( Rupees Ten) each to Rs 13,04,35,450 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Four Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only) divided into 1,30,43,545 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Five) equity shares of Rs 10/- ( Rupees Ten) each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
