Kerala Ayurveda appoints company secretary and compliance officer
With effect from 10 February 2015
Kerala Ayurveda announced that Anusha Rajeswaran has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 10 February 2015, in place of K. Raghunadhan, who has been re-designated as DGM (Finance).Further, Anusha Rajeswaran is also appointed as Compliance officer as per clause 47 of the Listing Agreement and she will be responsible for monitoring the share transfer process and investors grievances.
