Kirloskar Electric Company announced that the Company's Step down subsidiary Lloyd Dynamowerke GmbH & Co KG (LDW) situated in Bremen, Germany has filed insolvency petition before the court in Bremen. The Managing Directors of the LDW took this decision and filed the petition on 09 September 2014.
