Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 44,200 equity shares under ESOS

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 44,200 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to ''KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017''.

Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from '137,777,791 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 688,888,955' to '137,821,991 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 689,109,955'.
