Gujarat State Petronet announces change in directorate

With effect fro 27 February 2020

Gujarat State Petronet announced that M M Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Non - Executive Director and Chairman on the Board of the Company has ceased to be Chairman with effect from 27 February, 2020. Further, he would continue to act as Non -Executive Director, GSPC Promoter Nominee on the Board of the Company.
