Kirloskar Pneumatic Company allots 17,500 equity shares under ESOS

The Board of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2022 has approved the allotment of 17,500 equity shares under ESOS. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.12,88,41,780 comprising of 6,44,20,890 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
