Kirloskar Pneumatic Company announced that Janardhan Yeshwantrao Tekawade, Independent Director of the Company, passed away on 04 November 2014. He was 80 years old.

As a result, he ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 04 November 2014.

J. V. Tekawade was associated with the Company for decades together. His guidance in every aspect has helped the Company to a great extent.
