KNR Constructions has received provisional completion certificate for 75% project length for the project of 'Two laning of Muzzaffarpur - Barauni Section NH-28 from km 519.600 to km 627.000 in the state of Bihar under NHDP Phase IV on DBFOT - Toll Basis.
