Kolte Patil Developers consolidated net profit rises 105.74% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 43.31% to Rs 477.66 crore

Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers rose 105.74% to Rs 61.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 29.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 43.31% to Rs 477.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 333.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 80.93% to Rs 153.57 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 84.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 45.54% to Rs 1402.72 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 963.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
