Kotak Mahindra Bank to invest in Airtel M Commerce Service
For setting up Payment Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that it has agreed to invest 19.90% in Airtel M Commerce Service (AMSL), a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, on AMSL obtaining the Payment Bank Licence from Reserve Bank of India.
