L&T Finance Holdings announced that CARE Ratings has revised credit rating of the following instrument(s) of the Company as per the details given below:

1) For Non-Convertible Debentures (size of issue - Rs. 1,000 Crore), the rating has been revised from CARE AA+; Positive to CARE AAA; Stable.

2) For Compulsorily Redeemable Non-Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (size of issue - Rs. 2,271 Crore), the rating has been revised from CARE AA+(RPS); Positive to CARE AAA(RPS); Stable.
