Transaction already approved by Competition Commission of India
Larsen & Toubro announced that L&T Technology Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company intends to acquire the assets of U.S based Dell Products and Process Innovation Service (formerly eServ), the engineering services division of Dell.
