With effect from 06 February 2016

Landmarc Leisure Corporation announced as under:

1. The Board has accepted the resignation of Prafful Gupta as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 06 February 2016.

2. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 05 February 2016 has appointed Sonia Kahlon as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 06 February 2016.
