Larsen & Toubro allots 1,13,053 equity shares

Under ESOP

Larsen & Toubro has allotted 1,13,053 (One Lakh Thirteen Thousand Fifty Three) shares on 10 July 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
