Lohia Securities to pay dividend

On 12 October 2015

Lohia Securities announced that the shareholders of the Company had approved payment of dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.20 (i.e. 2% on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share) at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2015.

The Company had made necessary arrangements for payment of dividend through NECS/ Demand Drafts (DD) as the case may be and that the same has been completed/ dispatched on 12 October 2015.
