Lupin slumped 16.91% at Rs 859.70 at 13:45 IST after the company announced that a combined warning letter was issued by the US drug regulator for the company's Goa and Indore (Pithampur Unit II) sites. The announcement was made during market hours today, 7 November 2017. The stock topped the losers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 17.56 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.66 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Just Dial plunged 7.63% at Rs 441.50. Just Dial's net profit rose 26.47% to Rs 37.46 crore on 3.97% rise in total income to Rs 214.52 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 6 November 2017. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.69 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.47 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
PC Jeweller dropped 6.45% at Rs 351.45. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.89 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.21 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Srei Infrastructure Finance declined 6.28% at Rs 109.60. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.32 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.67 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Marksans Pharma dropped 5.77% at Rs 48.15. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group. On the BSE, 10.73 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9.83 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
