Lux Industries standalone net profit rises 26.66% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 6.86% to Rs 269.73 crore

Net profit of Lux Industries rose 26.66% to Rs 15.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 12.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.86% to Rs 269.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 289.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 13.51% to Rs 51.34 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 45.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 3.65% to Rs 929.80 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 897.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
