The board of Mahamaya Investments in its meeting on 04 April 2013 has approved the name change of the company to Millennium Online Solutions (India).The board has approved to shift the registered office of the company outside the local limits of city.
Further, the board has appointed Nikunj Pancholi and Girdharilal Khuha as additional independent and non-executive directors of the company.
