Mahindra Lifespace Developers net profit declines 27.74% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Mahindra Lifespace Developers declined 27.74% to Rs 23.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 32.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 27.01% to Rs 102.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 139.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 18.87% to Rs 97.49 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 120.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 25.04% to Rs 351.52 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 468.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
