Mahindra & Mahindra receives NCLT approval for scheme of merger

Mahindra & Mahindra announced that it has received the approval of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 24 March 2022 for the scheme of merger by absorption of Mahindra Engineering and Chemical Products , Retail Initiative Holdings and Mahindra Retail with Mahindra and Mahindra and their respective Shareholders.
