Majesco announces appointment of director on board of its insurance arm

Majesco announced that its insurance arm and subsidiary, Majesco, USA has appointed Carolyn Johnson as Director on the Board of the company.

Johnson joins Majesco's Board of Directors with more than 30 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as Chief Transformation Officer for AIG, Inc., a global insurer.
