Manappuram Finance announces resignation of director

With effect from 25 July 2014

Manappuram Finance announced that an Independent Director, V. M. Manoharan has resigned from the Board u/s 168 (1) of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 16 of The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 w.e.f. 25 July 2014.
