Manappuram Finance to decide on fund raising under MTN programme

On or after 04 December 2019

Manappuram Finance announced that a meeting of the Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will now take place on 04 December 2019 or at a later date subject to market conditions to finalize the pricing, tenure and other terms of issue of foreign currency denominated bonds under the euro medium term note programme of the company.
