Medanta signs MoU with Humanis Group of Qatar

The Global Health Medanta - the Medicity (Medanta), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Humanis Group, Qatar to explore the possible development and delivery of Healthcare Services through Super Speciality Hospitals in Doha, Qatar. The MoU was signed during the Opening Session of Qatar - India Joint Economic and Business Meeting organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently in India.

The MOU was signed by Dr Naresh Trehan, CMD, Medanta and Dr Mohan Thomas, Chairman, Humanis, during CII meeting with Commerce and Economy Minister of Qatar.

Medanta and Humanis agreed to protect Confidential Information (whether disclosed before or after the Effective Date) from unauthorized use, dissemination or publication by using the same degree of care, but not less than a reasonable degree of care, as each party uses to protect its own confidential or proprietary information of a similar nature.
