Medplus Health Services announces resignation of company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 14 January 2022

Medplus Health Services announced that Parag Jain, company secretary and compliance officer of the company has resigned with effect from 14 January 2022.

In addition to the above, Parag Jain will also cease to be the company secretary of Optival Health Solutions, material subsidiary of the company and Wynclark Pharmaceuticals, subsidiary of the company.
