Mindspace Business Parks REIT consolidated net profit rises 10.31% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 7.19% to Rs 474.10 crore

Net profit of Mindspace Business Parks REIT rose 10.31% to Rs 126.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 114.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 7.19% to Rs 474.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 442.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 37.82% to Rs 423.80 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 307.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 52.93% to Rs 1760.80 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 1151.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
